154 consented cases, photographed to the same standard
Same distance, same lighting, same angles, no retouching. Every case below was consulted, operated and reviewed by Dr. Lee Young-geun personally at SINSA L Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa, Gangnam, Seoul.
Use the filters to narrow the gallery to the operation you are considering. Cases marked revision are corrections of surgery performed elsewhere.
No cases match that filter.
Photographs appear only with written patient consent and in line with Korean medical advertising regulation. Surgical results differ from person to person according to anatomy, skin quality, age and healing response. Every procedure carries risk, including bruising, swelling, asymmetry and the possibility of revision. The content on this site is general information, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of outcome. A face-to-face consultation with Dr. Lee is required before any operation is planned.
FAQ
About these photographs
Are these real patients of the clinic?
Yes. Every photograph on this page is a patient operated on by Dr. Lee Young-geun at SINSA L Plastic Surgery in Sinsa, Gangnam, Seoul, and is published with the patient's written consent in line with Korean medical advertising regulation.
Are the photographs retouched?
No. Skin and contour are never edited. Photographs are taken at a standardised distance, in the same lighting and at the same angles, so that the before and after images are directly comparable.
Why do some cases list several procedures?
Because the under-eye rarely presents one problem in isolation. A bulge often sits above a hollow, and loose skin often accompanies both. Where a case lists, for example, lower blepharoplasty with micro fat grafting, those were performed in one session.
Will my result look like these?
No two lower eyelids are identical. These photographs show what a technique does — not what your face will do. Anatomy, skin quality, age and healing all change the outcome.
How long after surgery were the photographs taken?
Under-eye results settle over three to six months, and the after photographs are taken once swelling has resolved. Exact timing for a case that interests you can be confirmed at your consultation.
Can I see more cases like mine?
Yes. At the consultation Dr. Lee shows consented cases matched to your own anatomy, which is far more useful than any public gallery.
Consultation
See cases that match your own anatomy
The most useful gallery is the one selected for your eyelid, not for a website. Send photographs and Dr. Lee will show you the closest cases.
Every consultation is carried out by Dr. Lee Young-geun in person — never by a coordinator.
